Q: What is virtual hosting?
A: Virtual Hosting is an option to lease part of a server your website, rather than pay for dedicated server.

Q: Can I have SSL or anonymous FTP on my website?
A: SSL and anonymous FTP are available only for websites with dedicated IP»s.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan?
A: Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There is no fee for upgrading or downgrading.

Q: Do you accept International orders?
A: Yes we serve customers world wide.

Q: What are the expenses if I decide to upgrade later?
A: We do not charge any upgrade fees.

Q: How often is my site backed up?
A: Your website is backed up on a weekly basis. However you should consider following your own backup procedures. Your site control panel allows you to make your own back-ups when you need it.

Q: How do I update my account information?
A: You can change your details (email address, phone number, account name and address, credit card settings) in your control panel at my.pairone.com .

Q: How do I connect to my site using FrontPage?
A: Use File -> Publish Web -> FrontPage or SharePoint Services and input "http://YourUserName.pairone.com" under Remote Web Site location.

Q: Where can I see the list of installed components?
A: You can check the list at the following URL: http://eggis.pchighway.com/objcheck/

Q: I need a standart component which is not installed. Can you set it up for me?
A: Yes, our support team will install it for you for free.
